Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a manual treatment method to positively influence the muscular, skeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, and immune systems of the human body.

In physiotherapy, different kinds of massage types, like classical massage, lymphatic drainage, or deep tissue massage, are used to undoubtedly affect the regeneration of overloaded and injured tissues.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a physiotherapeutic treatment concept within physiotherapy, which is based on the fact that many pains and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system have their origin in the muscles.
It aims at influencing myofascial trigger points, as well as specifically treating the associated morphological changes of connective tissue. In this context, the term myofascial refers to the muscles and fascia.
Neural Mobilization
Neural Mobilization is a treatment concept based on the anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical properties of the nervous system, all of which are interrelated and have a close connection to the musculoskeletal system.
Our Neurodynamics can be negatively affected by various factors that may lead to changes in tension and circulatory conditions inside and outside of the affected nerves, and consequently result in pain, hypersensitivity, reduced muscle strength, or even muscle paralysis.
Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD)
Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) show various symptoms such as pain in the jaw joint and mastication muscles, reduced jaw joint mobility, disturbances of mouth opening/closing, jaw joint noises such as clicking or crunching, radiating pain in regions such as the teeth, mouth, face, head, shoulders, or cervical spine.

The complexity of temporomandibular disorders often makes it inevitable for the patient to undergo multidisciplinary treatments, including physiotherapy.
Medical Training Therapy (MTT)
Medical Training Therapy (MTT) is a treatment method within physiotherapy in which the physical activity of the patient and medically-based training under physiotherapeutic guidance are in the foreground.
The patient is individually supervised and gets his or her tailor-made exercise program, always taking into account the current state of his or her clinical history, performance capacity, and functional ability.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a physiotherapeutic treatment method based on neurophysiological principles and used in patients of all medical disciplines where movement behavior is pathologically altered or restricted.

In physiotherapy, PNF is mainly used for neurological diseases but also plays a crucial role in orthopedic and sports medicine disorders and dysfunctions.
Manual Therapy
Orthopedic Manual Therapy is a specialized field within manual medicine based on the functional anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology of the human body.
It deals with the diagnosis and treatment of neuro-orthopedic and traumatological structural damages and dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system, as well as their consequences, and is carried out by specially qualified physical therapists.
Physiotherapy
Neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy is a healing method for the treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic, sports medicine, and traumatological pathologies and dysfunctions.

It uses the manifold adaptation mechanisms of our body to prevent overload and injury and supports its natural healing powers to specifically treat impaired structures as well as their resulting dysfunctions.
